Tuesday, February 4th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Streator. Born February 27, 1943 in Streator he was the son of Robert and Helen (Hinshaw) Bennington. He married Eleanore Samek on July 1, 1967 at St. Stephen's Church, Streator. He is survived by his wife, Eleanore Bennington of Streator; daughters, Barbara (Gregg) Yusko of Plainfield, Kathaleen Gordon of Aurora and Jennifer Smith of Appleton; a son, Robert (Theresa) Bennington III of Streator; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a brother, John (Darlene) Connor of Wenona; sisters in law, Evelyn Conn
