St. James Medical Center in Pontiac. Cremation rites will be accorded. Private burial will take place in Moon Point Cemetery in rural Streator at a later date. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Born March 14, 1947 in Harvey he was the son of Robert and Rose Anne (Armstrong) McPherson. He is survived by cousins, Sally Bradley and her children, Erik and Justin (Laura) Crown all of Hedgesville, West Virginia; Betsy Armstrong of Hedgesville, West Virginia; Shari Erikson of Ballwin, Missouri and Peggy McNary of Washington; special friends, Neil and Dena Umphress of Rutland; Donny and Nancy Umphress of Rutland; Bill Law of California and Ted Law of Florida.
